On the harbour, NOTO brings its Paris spirit to a Neapolitan villa patio: olive trees, baroque fabrics and Italian furniture facing the boats. Chef Emilio Giagnoni, formerly of the Four Seasons, cooks generous southern Italian food for sharing.
